Although the onsite mngmnt. is charming, the owners and proprty mgmr. are unresponsive at best. This complex is approx. 45 years, has serious and ongoing sewer,water and drainage problems, some of which during rainy season, become potentially hazardous! There is much effort put into the facade out in front of the complex on one side...the other side is virtually ignored in many ways! Real improvements for the tenants are few and far between. Heating and cooling systems are substandard yet every six months the rent is raised "to keep up with the market value of the surrounding area." In my opinion these apartments are not nearly worth the rent. I have lived here for 4 years, but only because I'm basically stuck...for now. My reccomendation, keep looking, you can do better than this!
