I have had the same experiences as the previous rater. The management company continually raise the rent on apartments that need a drastic overhaul just to be livable. I lived on the back side of the main building. My apartment had to be entered on a regular basis because nearly everytime I showered my water would leak in the bathroom of the apartment underneath me. On several occassions I awoke to find my kitchen flooded due to shoddy plumbing repairs. I lived there in 2001 and still had filthy shag carpet that looked to be 20 years old. The management refused to enforce the parking policy when my neighbors visitors regularly parked in my assigned space. This forced me to park my vehicle nearly a block away then carry my groceries ablock then up my stairs while 9 months pregnant! I urge anyone reading this to steer clear of this property and Cirby Woods Apartment who are owned and run by the same people.
