Price is right, great location, respectful management

I rent a 1BR for $700 which includes heat, water and garbage. The manager is wonderful, very nice and respectful. I have lived here for 10 months with my 2 kids. I would recommend anyone to live here. One piece of advice: keep to yourself and don't get involved with others' drama... there is a lot of drama here.
