I am a current resident. People who come to this place need to be aware that the Laudry room is in pathetic state. For the entire block of residents - they have 2 washers and 2 dryers. They do have 5 each, But it is broke for more than 6 months and when asked, the Manager (Damager) used to tell, next month. But nowadays she says, the owners do not want to spend the money.
Maintenance is so bad. They do have a part time maintenance person who lives an hour away.
Wiring is very unsafe. I will be moving out in a month or so. the conditions are detoriating by the day.
If anyone wants to rent - check the Laundry room first. If not youw ould end up fighting with the other tenants of the complex.
