I have lived here for over seven years now. There have been a few management changes in the past years, but most of the managers have been friendly and courteous. When I first came here in 2002, Lindsey was the only apartment manager in Roseville that made us feel welcomed and willing to work with us to get us moved in. Anywhere else had made us feel like we had to prove to them why they should allow us to rent. This apartment complex is very pet friendly, another reason we chose it. The current management staff is always friendly. Anytime I have had an issue they have always responded promptly, and given me advance notice when they needed to enter the apartment. I am still as satisfied with the complex as the first day I moved in. I have recommended several friends to this apartment and they have had pleasant experiences as well.
