Only if you want your privacy invaded!

When my husband and I first looked at these apartments, we were very impressed by the community, floorplan, and overall design of the community.
In the 5 months we lived there, management entered at their pleasure 6 times. Sometimes we were told which day they would enter, but most times it was "we'll be in sometime between Monday through Friday of this week."
The icing on the cake was one time when management gave us one of their standard notices and I had made arrangements with them for no entry until after 4pm since I work nights and sleep during the day. Imagine my surprise when one of the resident managers was in my hallway at 2pm, waking me out of a sound sleep! Her response? "Oh, yours was the last apartment to be inspected and I didn't want to wake you up. We would have had to pay the inspector for another 2 hours, so we just decided to go ahead and do your inspection."
Since there was no respect for tennants or contracts made to them, we moved out soon thereafter.
My advice...stay away!

Thanks for the info. Makes me wonder if managers are all hatched from the same egg, snoops. Why should you have your privacy invaded constantly like that, I'm not living in a place where you have your privacy and rights trampled like that. Maybe they should have to love by the same rules they dish out. Common people trampling through your place all the time. If there was a reason like a leak that's one thing but some of these places think up reasons just to snoop around. They wonder why apts can't stay filled and people ate leaving this state and it's for the
Oat part not the trouble makers and drug addicts it's the normal people who pay taxes,
