current resident place sucks to hell!!!

i have lived here for 8 months now
------ treatment on the first day i moved in, had to sleep in my car with my dad due to the apartment not being ready and now just yesterday somebody broke the side view mirrow off my car and i told them , they did not even blink. this place sucks like hell want an uncaring enviroment to live in , live here it's a big whoop!!!
