So we moved into Slate Creek and we had a bad experience, until we met with Fred. Fred really helped us out, and turned what started out as a bad experience, into a really good one. If you want to check out Slate Creek, it is in a great location but it is about 15 years old. If super nice and new is what you want, look elsewhere and pay a little more. If you want a great location at a reasonable price, check out Slate Creek, and be sure to ask for Fred!
