As my lease is almost up on a two bedroom, two bath apt at Slate Creek I plan to continue living here. I love the area, and the layout of my apt. Very spacious and a great price for the area. I've had nothing but good experiences with the office staff following up on phone calls and maintenance requests and answering questions I have. They even signed for a package for me that I wasn't able to accept due to work hours. I love the convenience to the shopping center at the back of the complex. (Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and Chipotle, how can you go wrong')I love the pool area.
That being said...the parking is pretty miserable, luckily I pay my roomate extra to park in it, I've had my car broken into once and security was very vigilant the next few weeks, and I had a bad washing machine that flooded my apartment, they ended up giving me a brand new washer. All though the contractor they hired to replace the carpet did not lay it correctly. But this is apt living, it's not going to be perfect.
