I lived here for a little more than a year and was not impressed at all. The units are not in the best shape and they need a lot of rehab. I'm not sure about all of the units, but the shower in my unit was not sealed very well and water leaked through the wall into the closet on the other side. I didn't notice this until right before I left this hole. There was a massive mold garden, including mushrooms (not kidding!), in the back of the closet. I had to throw away a lot of clothes and shoes and it smelled so bad! When I told the management about it they said "oh, don't worry about it, most of our units get that all the time." I could not believe they said that!! So they sent maintenance guys out and all they did was wipe away the mold and they pulled back the carpet and left a note saying to let it dry out for a couple days. That's it ... they never came back! I'm no expert, but I'm almost positive that when you have moisture in the walls, you need to pull off the drywall and let it dry out! There has got to be tons of mold in those walls. This place could very well be hazardous to your health!!

Long story longer ... the parking sucks, management sucks and better hope your car doesn't drive away with out you!!!
