My girlfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year and have been turned off by this place for some time now. Here's the list of bad things:

My car was broken into, radio stolen, etc. I was under a well lit area, too. Someone sat on the hood of my girlfriends car. I swear, you park anywhere near the backside(safeway side) of this joint and you are asking for trouble with your vehicle. Usually the case too, since there is no parking after 5 pm except for the few left in the back of the complex where no one wants to or should have to park. I know too many people in this complex who have had their cars stolen or broken into. You'd think they would put gates at both entrances by now. Would be the logical decision. Even the Roseville police department said they get more calls about problems in this complex than any other apartments in roseville. That's sad...

Maintenance is somewhat responsive, but thankfully I haven't had to deal with them that much.

The kitchen sucks in this place. The cupboards are small and awkard and about half our regular sized dishes either do not fit in the shelves or you have to turn them sideways to fit them in. The doors and wood finish are slowly falling apart and wearing way to easily. The white counter tops stain at the drop of a hat. I would hardly call it a dishwasher since you have to wash all the dishes before putting them in. The single pane windows are, well, single pane windows. They get condensation during the cold times and the window sills have water puddles on them due to it. The shower caulking keeps falling apart as well.

There are 3 air conditioning machines right outside our patio which makes for a very loud summer. So much for peacefulness. You'd think they would have these hidden or atleast somewhere else so I don't have to listen to that ---- all day and night!

The staff is worthless. Go in and ask them a question and you'll get three different answers. I even sat in the office and listened to 5 staff members argue what the correct policy about renewing my lease was.

What else' Oh ya, no sidewalks! What genius!
