This place has been RIDICULOUS. From day one. The grounds are beautiful, it's great scenery and you can see swampland and geese from your back balcony! Unfortunetly that's the only good thing. Parking is absolutely horrible. If you have 2 cars. After 5:00 and every weekend there is NO extra spots available. It's worse when you finally find a spot but you have to walk for 10 minutes to get to your apartment!! Especially at night! Another thing is they are OLD. My carpet is disgusting and they refused to change it. They just 'cleaned' it. Which didn't do crap. Then my air was leaking into my bathtub...gross rust stains started to appear. The guy that came out to fix it smeared rust ALL over everything, left dirt, rocks, and mud at the bottom of my tub. I just don't reccomend living here if you cherish your privacy, your stuff, and your hard earned money. It's a waste.
