Ok so I've seen a few people here say that fred is great. Hmmm I wonder if fred posted that. Fred was the guy who showed us around and at first we thought he was great too. But later on we realized that he had given us the wrong parking spot and he actually gave us the wrong mailbox (yes he even gave us a key to it)so here we were putting return to sender on someone elses mail and there they were doing the same to ours. My husband saw the guy in what we thought was our mailbox and we finally figured out what had happened. Before we even took a tour we asked him to only show us the available rentals that didn't have problematic neighbors. Well after we moved in and realized that the next door neighbors were heavy partiers we spoke to a lady in the office who informed us that everyone had a problem with them and they were on the verge of being evicted (which they were but 3 months of hell and very little sleep later). So Fred flat out lied to us. We put our deposit down the day he showed us the complex's (without knowing all the problems we were going to face) and the very next day we went in and he had already forgotten that he had ever met us. It was kind of like dealing with a used car salesmen. You know the kind who (when they need the buy) are interested in everything you're interested in, come in and I'll show you this and that if you'd like, but as soon as I seal the deal who cares that you have kids and your neighbors will probably keep them awake as long as I got you to move in I'm good. Sorry but the only reason I even bothered to post this was because I think people need to know that just because one person goes out of there way for another it doesn't mean they'll do it for you. By the was I wouldn't move here for a number of other reasons also. Not just because of Fred. (I posted my reasons earlier).
