This place seems real nice at first and don't get me wrong, is close to shopping, park like setting, good move in incentives, etc... but it's NOT worth the headache and hassle you get later!!!!!
Problems we had with this complex over the course of 2 years:
1. They illegally towed our car (we where parked where there were no signs saying no parking, no red zone and other cars were parked there as well) and we had to get the police involved to get our money back.
2. Loud parties that security does nothing about and takes 6 months for the office to finally do something even after complaint after complaint after complaint.
3. Horrible parking and I know parking is bad in general with apartments, but they just painted some more curbs red taking away the already VERY limited parking at night time and weekends.
4. Bad trash clean up. They charge you a small percentage for sewer and trash, but EVERY Monday the bids near building 19 is nasty and over flowing and gross. (and I mean smells bad and everything, could be a health violation')
5. Their maintenance sucks. They couldn't even do a simple patch job on a hole they put in our apartment for over three weeks! And when they finallt patched it, it was the worst job I have ever seen and I have worked in apartment maintenance. They also ignore work orders. I have called a total of 4 times to get a door knob fixed (could not open the second bedroom door) and finally had to go buy a new door knob and fix it myself when my rent is suppose to go to having these done for us.
6. They office hardly ever answer the phone and simply doesn't return calls. You have to actually go into the office and hope they they don't give you attitude. As most of the people in the office are straight up rude.
7. They told us that we could find someone to take over our lese as long as they quailfied, but when we did they tried to say they don't do that and threatened to sue us for 3000 dollars. We had to call their corporate offices to get them to let us (as it is allowed, but the office was trying to play a game and tell us no).
And much more that is not even worth going over...
