If you lose your job and have to move (i.e. cancel your lease and don't have thousands up front the day you turn in keys) they will charge you the whole cost of your lease left. They are trying to get almost 11 thousand from us.

They even screwed more than just us. We had someone that would take over our lease and it took the office 2 and a half weeks to get them approved, which was pass the time they needed to be out of their other place. They were forced to find another place to live.

The office tells you that you only owe a certain amount over and over again and then turns around and say opps never mind, your rental agreement states this and you are screwed since you signed the agreement. They are now going to be sued (Holland Residential- Slate Creek) for fraudulent/misleading rental agreement language and misleading business practices. We already have an attorney that will take on this case.

So make sure you can fully pay them off if something unfortunate and unpredictable happens or you could be not only out of house and home, but thousands of dollars!
