I lived at Slate Creek for almost 3 years, in two different apartments. My first 2 years were a good experience. Not the last one. Parking is a nightmare...there's just no other way to say it. Too many people, and not enough space.

The noise level at night from all of the college party kids is ridiculous. Actually saw just about the entire Sierra College baseball team in a drunken stupor, peeing off of the balcony, breaking beer bottles etc. We had the Roseville police on speed dial because the apartment "security" was never to be found. Matter of fact, the last time we called the security company, the guy who owned the company was so drunk that he couldn't even understand what we were trying to tell him! Nice!

Office staff tries to do their best, but to be honest, they just don't cut it. In the 3 years I was there, I saw about 5 managers come and go, and not one person who worked int the managing office was the same as when I moved in. Not good. Overall, probably wouldn't move back. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
