So my roommate and I moved in here, closer to work, pay $1200/mo for the larkspur, the older non upgraded version, nice and all... but there are serious issues. We thought we were getting a fabulous place with the price tag associated, but alas, the problems are mounting. First and foremost, in the non upgraded units, horrrrible carpet, no idea if they've changed the type in the new units, but the old ones are downright dirty. No amount of cleaning will work. The allergies are just insane here, both my roommie and I, and my cat are sneezing hopelessly. But the WORST: the bathrooms, and otherwise SHODDY CONSTRUCTION!!!! We have continued mold issues, they never reinforced the tubs when they put them in, and while this is well known, they prefer to just ignore the problem and recaulk on a monthly basis than actually deal with the real issue. I've been told they also put the garbage disposal unit directly above the electric box for the unit, so if something happens with my disposal, wham, no power, or worse yet it could burn down... neither are terribly appealing. And if that doesnt sway you, the parking is just downright bad, especially since everyone who was parking illegally and against the rules complained to the city and now were no longer even allowed to tow someone that is parked in an assigned space. I expect these issues from a run down apartment downtown (which oddly enough I had less maintenance issues with) but when I pay this much for a place that's supposed to be superb it's disappointing to say the least.

Let's try this again. I hate Slate Creek. We have been given our termination and are required to move by the end if I October. The reason why my dogs bark you can walk any where in this complex and hear dogs barking. I went to the offic and asked how many complaint they have recieved to essecentially evict us and the SNOBBY manager ERIN and stated we don't need a reason why we just are. On scale onf 100 I would never put them at 31.6, maybe a 20 and that goes to the wild animals we have roaming around. so SLATE CREEK GOODBYE FARE ALVEDEZN AND YOU KHOW THE REST OF THE STORY GOOOOOOOBBBBYYYYEE AND GOOD RIDANCE TO TRASH
