Our cars were broken into several times while parked right in front of the gym and maintenance building, no security cameras. Our apartment was nice but we constantly needed maintnance to fix things. There were ants when we first moved in. The pool is not very secure and there were always kids from surrounding neighborhoods using it and making a lot noise, shouting profanities. Even where there is the most parking in the entire complex if you get home any later than 5 you can't find a spot. Most of the staff is incredibly rude and I avoided dealing with them in person as much as possible. When they found out we were considering moving out they gave us a 30 day notice to leave, even though we wanted to renew our lease. After living there for a year and a half they couldn't give us a reason for asking us to leave, I can only assume they want to get more money out of the place.
