Although i am not disclosing my name like the previous person i can tell you one important fact i was his roommate.... first of all rent was 1440 not 1500 and utilities are because well face it... he HAD to take a shower twice a day and leave his computer on all day... not to mention run the dishwasher with three dishes in it while washing his clothes.... hmmm and he wonders why it was expensive... also the toilet flooded the first time because HE FLUSHED FIVE TOILET PAPER SQUARES down the toilet!!!!! good job buddy!!! over all slate creek was good to us... we just had bad luck with water... and honestly it mad me angry how they dealt with the problems because i wanted my issues to be dealt with first but (which tim does not realize ever) their are other people living in the world.. in the apartment complex.... i mean their are what 600 apartments i mean service cant be perfect.... and yes we are leaving slate creek... it was not right for us, but when they saw our mold issue they offered us a new place in the complex all our deposit money and the pro rated amount for the month we left and the said if we stayed with them they would discount the rent and give us a free accent wall ( $150 ).... this place is beautiful and worth the money to live in... just dont pick a horribly stupid roommate to live with! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

haha...wow. To Anonymous' review on 7/22...that was hysterical. So I'm sitting here going through some reviews for different places trying to decide where to live and I see Tim's review and then your response, which totally made me laugh because I think "Wow, this dude (but your probably a chick from the way you wrote your response) is nuts!" Mind you I don't know either of you and your roomie Tim could have been just as of a nut as you are but..haha...really? who goes onto apartmentratings.com just to call out their roommate. Thank you for a good laugh. No need to reply because really I wont be back to read it...I dont care enough.
