Mold in the bathrooms is definitely a problem (I'm in a one bedroom)...I leave the fan on, bathroom door open and the window in the bedroom open with my ceiling fan on during and after every shower and I still get a ton of mold. I clean my shower constantly and even have the after shower stuff to spray on it...still doesn't work...I have to have maintenance come in and recaulk every month it seems because the mold just keeps growing through (i'm assuming it's in the walls already and that's why it keeps coming back).

I also have a constant stream of ants that I believe have nests within the walls of the building. They say they have pest control but I really doubt it. I understand that spraying in the winter kind of defeats the purpose but I believe the problem is beyond just a perimeter spraying now...not to mention the Potato Bug problem...noooooo not the tiny cute rolly polly ones...the big ugly ones that like to bite.

Eventhough the setting is beautiful and the conveinence of the shopping center is nice...the apartments themselves are not worth the price you pay...They are charging you for the location...that's it...everything else falls in comparison.

Rachel in the office is the only really personable and helpful manager...too bad Holland Residental is giving, that whole staff actually, a bad rep...Holland Residential is making serious money off of these apartments so you would think they would start addressing the issues of ventilation, plumbing, and all around updating the apartments...especially for the price being paid by each unit resident.

rachel is great she moved me in and now that she left i think i will be doing the same, she was the only one in the office who had a heart and a brain.
