Noisy neighbors, yappy dogs, ants, fights, unresponsive management

One neighbor throws parties for up to 30 people and sits outside on the porch talking loudly (often past 1am). There ahve been fights in the hall and a police officer was taking a statement there the last time I walked by. Another neighbor leaves a loud, vibrating bathroom exhaust fan on all night long. Yet another has a large pit bull that is often off leash and seems particularly irritated by children. One on his porch was braggin loudly on his cell phone that he had consumed 5 beers by 9pm, then went into a loud, drunken speech apologizing to his daughter for being a redneck, getting into fights, doing drugs, etc. There seems to be 4 people living in that 2 bedroom apartment.
Another neighbor verbally assaulted my 11 year old daughter because she was "making noise" (talking to her brother and a friend) and "going up and down the stairs" (we were packing the car for a trip) and justified herself by saying that "she's old enough to know better."
I've had to call Palladin Security three times in a weekend, but management does nothing effective about the issues so neighbor turnover is high. Problem of the week is a yappy rat dog that moved in downstairs and has been making raspy, shrieking noises for hours (don't know if I can call that grating noise a bark).
Many of the residents seem to be immature children who just got out of Mommy and Daddy's house, who apparently think burning out on the speed bumps is cool, or revving their motorcycle loudly at 2am.
Management is too cheap to ask their landscapers to clean the stairs, so when debris piles up, they leave an obnoxious letter for the residents (cigarette butts were an issue, but so was the natural debris as well as the stucco from repairs that crunched underfoot for months.
Ants are a constant battle. One of the neighbors has a faulty air conditioner that leaks onto the building, creating moisture that seeps into the stairway landing, growing slime and dripping on your head and your clothes as you come up the stairs.
Bathroom ventilation is completely inadequate, but you bet they'll charge you for the mildew when you move out.
With all of these problems, no wonder the management office installed a maze of menus on their phone. You'll never get through (I tried again today... no answer and way to get through).
The complex should be renamed Lord of the Flies Manor.
When you hesitate to renew your 6 month lease due to tha issues, management not only fails to do anything, they'll also boost your rent $180/mo. I'm looking for a place to move to.
