Hi my name is Janelle and I have lived here for about a year and half. My apartment is perfect for me, my fiance my seven year old and my 8 month old baby. The location is perfect and I am within walking distance from safeway and other stores. They are in the Eureka School District and this is where my seven year old goes. I will say I have had a few issues such as a leaky faucet and the weather stripping on my front door has come off twice; however, management has been very responsive to my needs. Also, i don't like how they charge a pet rent but whatever they do have a dog park. I attented a holiday function they recently had and they gave away tons of presents including flat screen tv. also, they had turkey, prime rib, and spiral ham for all residents. I thought this was pretty nice because I have never lived at a community where management went out of their way to do something like that 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Our family enjoyed the Christmas party too. They have events for most holidays. I appreciated your review. I know there are always problems whereever you live because there are over 600 apartments here and they are older apartments too. Thanks for sharing your review. If I were to move into this area I would be interested in learning about the schools, what goes on at the complex. It would be most helpful to me. You have mentioned some of the problems you have had too, but you put it in a way that was helpful. I only hope I'll find other reviews that will be helpful like yours when we look for another place to live. I've lived here for almost 2 years and will soon be moving out of state so I am needing honest reviews for the apartments we are looking into out of state. It isn't easy trying to find something when you don't live close to go check it out so people have to rely on a place like this. Thanks Janelle for your review, from a current person living here.

Yes, they put on great events and holiday partys, but the person that wrote the review and the person that commented obviously never have had to deal with the office staff for issues such as noisy neighbors or move out charges. Just wait, it won't be perfect for long

Great events- yes, but how about spending that money budgeted on BETTER STAFF (Maintenance & Office). Is a nice party and a flat screen TV worth all the charges they're going to stick you with when you leave, or how about this one, is the partys and prizes worth several weeks of an unresolved maintenance problem, or getting a rude employee or non responsive management, how about that one, bet you've never had to deal with that yet. Lets see how great your review is on this place in a couple of year, lmfao!
