I will not comment on stupid things that are simply apartment living.
1. Hearing Neighbors, yes, you will hear them, as you do in any complex, the sound is not horrible, but pretty average.

The Pro's
- Large apartments

The Con's (With Personal Examples)
- Noise :
I have been on both sides of this. The first type of noise is general outside noise, which is quite a bit, loud cars, people wondering around at 2am, motorcycles all are quite noisy and have woken me up on occasion. I have also gotten noise complaints for quite stupid things.

I got a noise complaint two nights in a row, for "What sounds like people running around upstairs at 3am" when I confronted them, sick out of my mind, and people the only person in my apartment at the time, that the running was me to vomit in my toilet, they did not seem to care.

We also got a noise complaint at 1pm for loud music, when I asked her (one of the rental agents) to please come by and check the noise, she said she did and could not hear anything, and simply had to tell us to be quite anyway.

These while annoying, are not as bad as overall outside noise.

- Parking
This is by far one of the worst complexes to park in. You get 1 assigned spot, and within 2 blocks of my apartment (and my neighbors, all 2 bedroom, 2 cars) there are a total of 8 unassigned spots, for about 36 apartments. Its not deal breaking, just be ready to walk.

- Crime
We have had our apartment broken into but it was partially our fault, so i will not count that as bad, we have however had police in our complex more times than I can count.

- Management
I personally have had good response with apartment problems, they will however lie to you a lot. When renewing my lease, my roommate forgot to sign on one of the pages, and the rental agent suggested that I sign for him (HIGHLY ILLEGAL) for which i refused.

I have lived here for over a year, and i would give it an average rating, the apartments look very nice, but it comes with quite a few set backs. I am glad to be moving out.
