I just got done moving from this place and thank God! The manager and staff are always rude and unfriendly. They started out great when I first starting looking for a place and when I first moved in, but then they don't ever respond to messages left on the phone. I have to keep calling and keep calling or actually go into the office to get issues (like maintenance for example) to get things resolved! I read the other review about being charged for a full clean, well after hearing that I'm going to have a professional cleaner come in this weekend so I have a receipt, then I'll take pictures. If they try that kind of BS with me, I'll contact fair housing, which is rumered that they been reported numerous times, why are they still the management company. The actually living wasn't that bad, just the basics like limited parking and noise, but that's common anywhere, what pissed me off so bad to a point of moving is the non repsonvie management. And it's not just the office, it's the entire management company. I call the main offices to complain that I've left 6 messages over the course of 3 days to get my toilet fixed (it was leaking from the back), and no one even called me back and when I went in to speak with someone, there was one girl there and she was yappin on her cell phone and told me to hold on while she finished her conversation. I just walked out cause that's soooo unprofessional!!! In the end it took 3 weeks to get a maintenance guy up there to fix it, and I gave full permission to enter too. In general, if you luck out to not have any problems that need to be delt with by management your experience will be fine, otherwise, run, run far away and don't even think about moving in. I hope the owner of this company with eventually realized what a crappy job the management company is doing and boot their little (you know whats) outta there.
