My experience living in Slate Creek when from good to horrible. The location is nice, good schools, shopping, beautiful trees. However....Slate Creek Management is awful. There is mold galore in these apartments. Slate Creek management will deny it all day long. I took photos and even showed them the mold. At first they admitted that there was a mold problem, but took that statement back right away. They did come in the apartment and repaint right over the mold. Seriously...it will come back. You can smell it. I developed allergies while living here.

Watch out when walking from your car to your apartment, or any time you have to walk in the parking lot. Many residents think it is a racetrack. I count even count how many times I almost saw someone get hit. Don't let your kids ride their bikes!!

Also, if you like to hear your neighbors go to the bathroom this is the place for you. The walls are so thin. I know it is apartment living, but come on. That is nasty!!

If you need anything fixed...think again. You would be better off doing it yourself. Maintenance is a total joke!!

I have never dealt with more unprofessional, rude, disrespectful liars as the management staff at Slate Creek.

The mold thing is true, I have it in my apartment too. Showed them pictures, and they came in and painted over it.

I totally agree! I had very awful experience with their management too. They are really rude, dishonest and showing disrespect to their residents.
