10/30/08 Update: Apparently the staff have resorted to writing fake reviews on this site.

10/15/08: Bonehead staff, say one thing, do another. No accountability. Poor construction, single pane windows, neighbor plumbing VERY audible (yuck).

05/10/08: We discovered mold in window sill, took pictures. Showed staff, they accused us of "cranking up the heat" during winter and not opening window. We didn't live here in winter. Told us drywall would have to be replaced, just painted over it instead.

03/01/08: We were assigned a parking spot that was already taken. We informed staff, they advised us to have the car towed with no warning. We opted for a note instead, turns out, we were given the wrong spot. Oops. Glad we didn't have them towed.

I am just a Happy resident with better things to do than spend my whole entire life on this webiste to make up complaints.Just to let you know , even if you did have a bad experience here, some people might actually be happy with this place. Not everyone has to share your opinion. Yes, i have seen a lot of U-Hauls aswell lately. Quite a few people moving in here because it's a great place. Remember U- Hauls are used to move in, not just to move out.

dora27, I'm not making up complaints. I have a problem with your post because you make generalizations about the mold problem without actually knowing what you're talking about. There are close to 700 units in this complex, I doubt you have visited every one. And if you have, well then you work here don't you!? It's not just the U-Hauls that make me wonder, it's the giant orange eviction notices.
