I have lived here for over 3 years and enjoy living here. The apts are older but I would rather have trees then brand new apts next to the mall. I would love to own my own home but I feel this is the next best thing for me and my family, during the tough times right now. It is a huge apt complex and I hate the speedbumps but understand it helps.
We have never had an issue with neighbors or noise except for the wild turkeys that wake us up some mornings, but it is better than loud neighbors!! My closest neighbor works odd hours but I only hear him when he starts his harley at 7am and am used to it now. I have had a leak in the ceiling in the storage due to water heater that went out but the maintenance was out before I could walk back to the apartment. I guess because it was alot of water they were worried that it would cause damage but it didn't. They did leave the old water heater in the breezeway for a week but I know they are busy. The office & maintenance staff are always helpful but seem over worked. The only other issue was last year during the heat wave my A/C stopped working and they couldn't get out till the next day but offered a portable cooler which couldn't keep up with the high temp but it helped a little.
We really like the activity center and it is helpful and I have had to go there when I got a virus on my computer and needed to print a report for work. My kids also go there after school and do homework or play with their friends.
In a nutshell I really like it here and we consider this home.
