I have lived at slate creek for almost 2 year and I am sooo happy to be moving out of here. When we first moved in everything was great.. about a month later the caulking in the tub started to come undone. I called the office and they came out to recaulk it, while they were here I noticed that the wall had become squishy. They cut it out and replaced it. Everything was fine for a while until the wall became squishy again. I was cleaning the wall and I actually stuck my finger through the wall. I called the office and they came out and just put more drywall over the wall. I called the manager of maintenance and he was soposto come out the next day between 9-12. I work late so I got up early took a shower and got ready, he never showed up. I went to the office to complain and the woman said sorry and that he would be out later. I told her no because I had to go to work so she said that he would be out the next day. Again got up early and got ready and he never showed up. I went to the office and gave my 30 day notice. Please dont move here the wall is moldy and they dont want to do a thing about it.
