We recently had new people move in above us. We were told when we moved in that would not happen. They are loud, disrespectful, and have people coming in and out at odd hours. My neighbors and I do not feel safe anymore. The complex said that they can't do anything. They would rather have people in their apartments instead of keeping it safe and comfortable for the people who have been living there for years.
