We have lived in this complex for 6 months. We really enjoy it here, the rent is affordable and they offer a lot as a community. If you consider moving here I would recommend you think about the following...PARKING!
1) Parking is pretty bad! They have tons of areas that can have parking but are painted red or are covered with trees. They have your assigned parking spot on the complete opposite side of your complex or in front of another building, so good luck with unloading your groceries.
2) This complex is not handicapped friendly! There are no walk ways in between the covered parking. This was not thought about at all! I'm not even sure how residents move their furniture in or out of the apartments. There are cars in the way with no walkway! This sucks pretty bad! When we moved in we were lucky everyone was at work.
3) OMG SPEED BUMPS GALORE!! Literally every 5 seconds there is a speed bump! And they are huge, the complex is 6 acres so coming through SUCKS! Good luck with your car staying healthy with all these bumps!
4)The walls are very thin! You can literally hear your upstairs or downstairs neighbor take a shower even pee! It's pretty bad!
These are out major issues, other than that it's a nice complex. Good luck!

Have you moved yet? If not, just you wait.... and be sure to look up fair housing laws, they are known to violate them and charge you for crazy stuff!!!
