I've lived here for about 4 months and absolutely love it! Condo-like apartments with washers & dryers, fireplaces, great landscaping and site layout. Managers are absolutely incredible! Very service-oriented. Nice and quiet. If you're young and looking for a party atmosphere, this is not it. Convenient to everything. Rarely, if ever, hear noise from adjoining units. Can't say enough positive things about it!

This review is from the manager of the Somersett Hills Apartments, Kathleen. This clearly shows that she is not being honest in regard to the condition of the apartments or how terrible this apartment community is run. If you want to rent from a racist or bigoted manager, then you have found your home. Kathleen is without a doubt the worst manager in all of Roseville.
