Very nice and very quiet

This complex is probably about 12 years old, but it is so well maintained you would never know it. It is a very quiet apartment complex, and it is in an excellent location. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The maintenance is very good and they are very prompt in fixing any problems that may arise.
Parking is about the only complaint that I have. You get one guaranteed spot. If you live on one side of the complex parking is ok, but if you live on the tennis court side, then good luck. It is a constant battle finding a spot after 5:00 p.m. on the weekdays and at any time on the weekends.
Overall I would recommend Somersett Hills to anyone who is interested in a quiet, well maintained apartment community.
