I am a young professional with pretty high standards. It took me over 2 months to find the place I would call home. I looked at many apartment complexes and nothing really clicked until I saw Somersett Hills. The trees, plants, streams and the setting was enough but than I saw the inside... Granted this complex is older than many you will find in Roseville but it has the traditional setting of seperate dining area and living room (I was able to fit a 6 chair dining table in the dining area/4 piece living room set and an entertainement center) which you will not find in the new construction where the living area/dining/kitchen are all one and you can't fit any furniture in there. The master bedroom has a seperate dressing area with a built in vanity area. This was heaven! Bunch of drawers for my make up and a big mirror... On top of that, the master bedroom has a bay window where I had lots of pillows and blankets - when it rained that was my favorite place to sit and read a book.
I jogged in the morning and at night and never felt unsafe - I COMPLETELY DISAGREE with the previous reviews. It is apparent they were sour grapes over something but the integrity and ethical standards of the team there should not be in question. They are like family!!!!!!!!! Don't cross this place of when looking for a place to call home! I cried when I left and if I ever am in a position where I have to rent, I am going straight back to Somersett Hills!
