My wife and I searched the Roseville/Rocklin area and this was the best complex for location, price, and service.
It's conveniently close to the highway, but you'd never guess - the fountains and streams keep the noise out. Well-designed, unique layout maintains privacy. Off the beaten path, so no auto/pedestrian thoroughfare.
We lived here for over 2 years and if we had any maintenance/appliance problems they came by and fixed/replaced them with new the same day - we were amazed!
The office staff are pleasant and professional. The community room is spacious and free to residents, with a fireplace, free movies and books - great for parties.
Our unit upstairs had balcony, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, bay window. Pool and tennis courts (with b-ball hoop) are well-maintained. Covered parking (one space only).
If you're looking to rent in this area, this is a safe, quiet, pleasant community.
Only negatives - heard about some parking issues. Winding sidewalks are a little puzzling at first, but bridges & streams are charming. Overall, highly recommended.
