Just recently moved from Somersett Hills, Lynn the friendly two faced owner, who's afraid to comfront you in person, will not give you your money back for the cleaning deposit once you leave. She tells you, it's best that we keep the deposit because we are extremely picking in the way you clean your apartment.
My roomate and I are very clean people and spent 10 hours scrubbing the deck, walls, behind the fridge and washer and dryer (which wasn't clean when we moved in).
Be very careful in renting here!
By the way you can't wash your car at the complex, which is an inconvience.
