I've lived at Somersett Hills since 4/07 when the old management team was there. These apartments have continuously gotten worse and worse and the rent and utilities go up and up! The construction that is happening is taking FOREVER and it's still not complete. The construction workers constantly park where they aren't supposed to and block me in. They tore down and rebuilt the balcony above me and now IT LEAKS! They took out my front window and didn't bother to repair the inside and it looks horrible with gaps around the glass. They chipped the cement on the wall in my patio, repaired it and it looks like a cheap patch about a foot in diameter.

I agree the construction has taken awhile. However, I am glad to see that the new management company is spending money to make the property more beautiful. I have lived here for over 4 years. I liked the old management company, but also really like the new company. I disagree with the comment above; because the construction workers are very careful and considerate. Not to mention Jorge is great at fixing anything!!!
