I'm sorry to say I have to agree with the previous posts regarding the rudeness of the office and maintenance staff. I also agree that crime has become a constant problem and the noise is nearly unbearable at all hours.

We used to have a friendly and inviting staff here until FPI took over for the new owners. The FPI staff (office and maintenance) are rude and seem to not want to be bothered with the problems the complex is suffering from. They ignore the crime and noise issues. If you have a maintenance issue you're treated as though you caused it.

I recommended Somersett Hills to several people in the past, that was before FPI. I wouldn't recommend Somersett Hills to anyone at this point. With the daily crime, trash that doesn't get picked up, noise and rudeness there are many places in the area that are a better value and safer place to call home.

I disagree strongly with the previous statement. I have lived here for over 4 years and think it is a wonderful place to live. The staff is always sincere and is quick to take care of any issue or concern I may have. I have even gone into the office and had long conversations with the girls. They are very sweet. Maybe you should try to get to know them. As far as the property is concerned, the grounds are clean. I see Jorge every morning at 7 am picking up trash as I head off to work. I would reccomend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable place to live.
