Overpriced and Nothing Special

I've been living here while waiting for my house to get done and it's really not such a bad place to live temporarily although definitely overpriced for what is offered. The apartment was brand new when we moved in but with really cheap carpet(fibers come out every time you vacuum) cheap refridgerator (noisy), and bad insulation (cigarette smoke comes through the bathroom vents)it seems the apartments were cheaply built. But the main problems is that you do get a garage but most people use it as storage and that means there aren't enought parking spots available especially if you get home past 6:00 p.m. I usually have to park very far away. The people that used to be in the office were rude but now they have new people there which seem better. Overall, The Terraces are not horrible but you don't get what you pay for.
