Basically this place had a great opportunity once you moved in, 2 months free rent! wahhooo, yeah right. Once you are here you soon realize you are leased into a terrible nightmare. Having gone through several managers, they finally got it right just as the lease was about up. The people here drive like bats out of hell. If you like parking about a mile away from your house this is the place for you. The carpets are a nightmare, turn black when you spill water on them. Every time you vaccumm you have to clean out your filter from all the fibers and dust from the local construction in the community. If you like spiders, bugs and mice this is also the place for you because there are several. This is definitely a high priced apartment for what you really end up with. For a short term rental this will end up costing you more in the long run because they charge you for carpets, paint and etc., even if you have lived here for over 2 years. Just expect to pay at least $1000 plus your security deposit when you move out.
