Well... where do I start. I wish I would have known about this website before I moved into the Terraces! Hopefully this will help someone considering moving in these apartments.

Since I have been there mine, my sisters, and my boyfriends car have all been broken in to. The thiefs stole the wheels of my boyfriends car and it was left on blocks... then managment called and had it towed away. Not only did he have to buy new wheels, he had to pay tow and storage charges! What a**holes! If they would have had security... this wouldn't have happened!

Parking is horrible... I usually have to walk very far to get my unit. You get one garage per apartment but everyone uses them for storage ( probably because there is NONE in the apartment) so the parking lot is always full.

There are so many bugs! Mantainance had sprayed several times the problem wil not go away! If you like beetles, catapillars, spiders, wierd little worms etc; this is the palce for you!

My two bedroom two bath is small and lacks storage. You get one coat closet and two shelves above the washer. I have had to throw away many things because I have nowhere to put them.

To make a long story short... do not move here. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up in Dec. Dont let them fool with the two months free special, I still pay 1100 per month... and am suck there for 14 months!

Do your research there many other better apartments for cheeper!
