Don't ever expect to get a phone call back from these people. Once you move in, your stuck there with whatever crap comes your way. Our punk neighbors peed on our porch, and we were asked to move out because we complained! We were told that because we complained about them we were now going to be denied all security services. I'm sorry, but last time I checked and I think most people would agree, someone peeing on your doorstep is unacceptable!!! The bug problem is hoorible and they will not do anything to help you with it. The parking situation is just ridiculous, they claim to enforce the rule that people must use their garage, but that is complete B.S. All they care about is that you pay them every month. They could care less about keeping their residents happy.

I think it is sad that this person keeps writing this same story about the neighbors when he hasent lived here for more than 6 months get a life.

It does not matter when this person lived here, the fact is that they had a bad experience. This review was only posted one time, and your response as a manager proves their point even further. Whats sad is that you collect a paycheck and have a job, not that this person voiced their opinion.

Im soo damn glad I found this. I lived over these Fat disgusting chainsmoking individuals for a year. I almost had to take them to court for harassamment. They would call security and or the police daily for no apparent reason. Many accounts of this were recorded by both security and police. He was actually a disgruntled ex maintenance worker of the complex. As for the peeing on his patio it was a freakin soda that was accidently knocked over and leaked onto their cigarette infested patio. I had my parents over and they had their bosten terrier with them which weighs no more than 15lbs. They reported to management i had a fricken pit bull. These people are compulsive liars. Obvously though. They pretty much admitted to it when they said they were the ones that got kicked out. Anyway aside from these horrible neighbors the Terraces was a great place to live. I was there for three years till i bought a house and couldnt be happier. My hats off to the the maintenance crew they were always a great help.
