we moved in back in early August. everything was wonderful, except the fridge kept breaking and always had to be repaired. our sink leaked all over our bathroom, they came and fixed it the next day. in late december there was a woman walking to her car at 7am, she was robbed at gun point by 2 men. ever since then we've been living in hell. we've seen mice in our apartment, all they did was come out and put some cheap traps in that didnt work. there was several times that the police were called out due to cases of domestic violence, we'd hear women screaming in the middle of the night all through the parking lot while men yelled. we're all scared to walk to our cars. funny thing is the security is never around during these times, but they are right there to knock on the door when someone complains about our TV being too loud at 10:05pm when it isn't loud enough for us to hear it. the parking is bad if you come home after 7pm, but they are getting us passes to try and fix that problem, if residents used their assigned garages we wouldn't have a problem, that or if the garages were closer to the apartment, our garage is 2 buildings away from our apartment. we've actually had a few friends move in to the complex, when it was still good. i dont know if management changed or something but its been horrible since december. no one should be robbed in their own complex, makes for a very scary place to live.
our neighbors pound on our ceiling when we have our TV or radio on, we are respectful and it is never loud past 10pm, but they are banging at 6pm! i've lived in several apartments and this one isn't turning out to be a good experiance at all.
