I lived at the Terraces 3 years ago and just found this website and felt passionate about leaving a review. This place is aweful, what other people are saying is so true! The parking is a disaster! My boyfriend had to park in the next complex over every day. I had SO MANY bugs in my apartment (and I was on the 2nd floor!). Spiders, ROACHES, it was so disgusting. I would be showering and suddenly see a roach in the shower with me! My apartment smelled like Raid all the time because I was constently spraying. You have to shake out all your clothes, check your food, etc. to make sure there are no bugs. You will become SO parinoid over the bugs. (I had them spray EVERY week... no help). The carpet turns black! But most of all, the office staff are SO mean and rude and not helpful at all! (of course, that was a few years ago, hopefully they have new members now). I ended up breaking my lease. It was expensive and a big ordeal, and the office ladies were so mean.. but it was worth it. Someone else mentioned how the tenants should get together and picket.. well I honestly considered it! When I signed a lease for the apartments, I was so excited because although they were WAY overpriced, I thought they were adorable. Let me tell you, who cares that the apartment looks nice... everything else about this place is so bad. NOT moving here is the best thing you could ever do for yourself. Please please please take my advice!
