Worst place Ive ever been. As you can see obviously the last two reviews are coming from the Staff and are just plain lies, I was laughing a lot while reading them, they cant fall lower than that the staff is great! yeah right!.
PARKING: Wow, they just give you one parking space assigned and here is the best part: NO GUEST PARKING, yes if somebody visits you they have to park in a shopping mall (Galleria Mall) that is like 1 mile from the property because there is no guest parking and you cant park outside either, this is horrible, last time a friend of mine came to visit we ended up paying more than 600 bucks for the towing services and the guy from the towing company told us that they have to pay 120 bucks for every car they tow in that complex, what a business!
STAFF: The staff will treat you like you were an enemy and they will try as hard as they could to not help you in any way, they basically don t kick you because they need your rent money.
PRICE: Horrible, super overpriced, your rent will go up from 14 to 20% every time you renew your contract and of course they always keep your deposit no matter what.
BUGS: Oh man, the zoo is included with the rent!
TV: You have no choice and have to pay for the COMCAST cable even if you don t need it, we are talking about 35 dollars extra.
POOL: the pool is always extremely dirty.
GYM: the gym is a joke, nothing works over there.
CONSTRUCTION: cheap paint, cheap appliances and it take them weeks to fix them every time, yes they don t give you new ones.
GROUNDS: they are actually OK
OVERALL: If you wanna waste money and time, this is the place to go!

I'm sorry but there is plenty of guest parking. There is an entire parking lot next door where your friends can park and it's a short walk to the gate. Maybe they didn't tell you that when you moved in. I've lived here for two years and my rent never went up. In fact I got over $800.00 off one month's rent for signing a second year lease and my carpet cleaned for free. Pricing is actually pretty good. No bugs, pool is clean when I go, workout room is in great order when I've been, Comcast is 29.99 included in your rent. Never takes more than a day to have anything fixed in my apartment...if I go in and get a work order put in. You can't just call. The grounds where I live are actually very nice and beautiful plants and trees. You get two parking stickers if there are two people on the lease with cars. The staff has always been polite to me. Sorry your experience was bad...just wanted to be fair and tell the other side.

Nice going staff member. Everyone knows now how full of it this place is! I believe it's my civilian duty to report this to the better business bureau. Should be ashamed!
