Read the reviews... you can tell which ones are real and which are fakes.

When it rains, you get ants. and mice. and roaches. And the staff will offer to spray around your apartment, and inside... Well let me tell you... I'm 8 months pregnant... I DONT WANT you to spray poison inside my home, thanks. It's not that it's a housekeeping issue, we arent dirty. But we still get the vermin.

Someone stole my dog last month too. Every time I post up flyers, the management takes them down.

Also, my husband's jeep has been broken into/ vandalized twice. TWICE!! In an apartment complex with security patrol!! **that makes me feel SOOOO safe!**

The parking is a JOKE. Yes there are permits, but I cannot tell you the amount of times I have had to park clear across the complex because either there are NO parking spaces or because **get this** The parking spaces are so small that if someone with an SUV or a large truck parks too close to the line of their space, there wont be room for me to park my VW BUG. Yeah. We're talking not enough room to open my door.

Also, I dont like hearing everything my neighbors do. I draw the line at knowing what time at night they get up to use the restroom.

Bottom line... Just dont. It's not worth it. When we move out next month, they are more than likely going to keep all of our deposit, and because we had bad credit upon move in, our deposit was $1400 plus a $500 pet deposit. We're talking $1900 that they are going to steal from us because they need to replace a carpet. (my dog tore up a piece of carpet. I understand that, but it shouldn't cost two grand)
