I cannot stand these apartments and look forward to the day my lease is up. The noise here is unreal. The people that live here are mostly all loud, young party animals. They drive their loud cars and giant trucks and hog all the parking spaces. They give you one permit per person on the lease, and then you get a garage. This is a very nice amenity that I absolutely enjoy, except when people use their garage to store things instead to park in, and causes MAJOR parking shortages- and the manager sends out a mean letter saying "anyone who uses garages for anything but parking IS NOT ALLOWED and will be punished". LIES. Its all lies, she doesn't do a single thing. She threatens and threatens and does nothing. It's quite unfortunate actually. These are exceptionally nice apartments, gas stoves, built in microwaves- giant tubs and showers- they are just absolutely beautiful. But the people that you have to live around- are completely unreasonably loud obnoxious and rude. The problem: you only have to make TWO TIMES the rent; this allows the young people who make no money to have 10 people on the lease and move in with one job. The partying at all hours, and the loud cars with bass and the mini motorcycle riding in the parking lot is so loud and obnoxious. There isn't any getting around it. And you can complain all you want to the security, office and the manager- and they don't do a single thing. It's seriously a joke. I haven't had any problems with getting things fixed- or theft, or anything of that sort. But its a reality of having to be woken up at all hours of the night because people are so loud, and they party every night of the week. Don't move here if you are looking for a nice, peaceful quiet environment. SERIOUSLY- this isn't and exaggeration, its a reality.

I must live in the nicest area of this place as I have no idea what all you people are talking about. I never hear any noise, no parking problems. The only thing that lets me know my upstairs neighbor is alive is when the garbage disposal runs. No complaints here. Good luck when you move.
