Staff is Rude and Horrible! DON'T MOVE HERE!!

I decided to check out these apartments when moving to the area. The staff who took us on a tour was very short, snotty, and did not give us any details about the place. However, the apartments were beautiful so we decided to apply. When I called back to check on our applications and the apartment we wanted the staff was again extremely rude, annoyed that I called close to closing time, etc. Thank god we found a more beautiful apartment with great staff rather than living here. I have a friend who lives in these apartments and is actually paying to break the lease because the staff is so awful, rude, and won't fix ANYTHING. The manager is the worst and least helpful of all. Until a completely new staff is hired... don't bother even looking to rent here.

I have lived here 2 years and I have never experienced any of the things you have stated. Rose the manager at the time...spent over 45 minutes with us....showing us all around the place. In fact they held our apartment a month...at no extra charge until we moved in. If you go in to the office and have a work order filled out onto paper...you can have your problem fixed within a day. Most times the same day. I SAY MOVE HERE...the apartments are very nice. They even cut a hole in the desk niche in the kitchen for my computer wires. Sorry you had such a bad time. Glad ya got a nice place.

Rose was an awesome manager. Probably the best manager that you could have, but she NO LONGER WORKS HERE!!!!! They are OK with the maintenance, but that is not the problem, the problem is the people you have to live with 24 hours a day- and the people are AWFUL. You don't have to live with the manager and the maintenance staff- you have to live with loud, young party animals!!!
