I lived in these apartments for six months, and I actually liked them. The apartments are so nice and new, and the grounds are usually always kept clean and in good shape. I never really had anything that they needed to fix, except for on my move-in checklist. I marked "repair" on several items, and they never got fixed, but none of them were too big of a deal.
I never had a real noise problem. Yes, there were partiers and loud kids and loud music, but it was never too late or too much of a problem for me.
The staff was sometimes a pain to work with, like for example, when they don't answer the phone, and expect you to leave a voicemail in order to speak with them. However, they can be nice and helpful, but sometimes they don't know what they're doing with your expenses, I'll admit that.
Parking, however, was HORRIBLE. There were barely any visitor parking spots, and they were always taken, even sometimes by someone trying to sell a car for weeks where they would just leave their car there, taking away one of the very few visitor parking spots. They also say that the "Future Resident" parking area is for visitors and that they can park there overnight. Well if they tell us that, then they should sure tell their towing company that, as my boyfriend was towed for being parked there without their precious permit. And yes, the parking spots are extremely small, and I was stuck many times having to park all the way across the complex at 8:00 at night because parking was already full.
However, besides the horrible parking, these apartments are really nice, and, in my opinion, perfect for only a couple people or a family with kids. Just not an apartment full of people who drive. =)

The area I park in have the big parking spaces. There are over 12 visitor spaces walking distance from my front door. I was told you can park in the future residence spaces as long as you park after they close and move before they open, no permit needed. There is a parking lot right next door with an open parking lot for guest. It's a short walk. They own both apartment complexes. As far as expenses...I just pay my rent and what they do with it is their business.

I have actually had my vehicle towed for being parked in the future residence parking at night (towed @ 10pm). The management tells you your allowed to do this- but it is not true- the tow company does what they want and you just have to pay up( and there is no getting around it. DO NOT PARK IN THE FUTURE RESIDENCE PARKING SPOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
