I am in shock sitting here reading all this bad stuff about these apartments. I've lived here two years and it's been perfect for my husband and I. It's a huge comfort to be out of the country for two weeks and KNOW YOUR APARTMENT IS SAFE. The manager is always in the office when I go in and she always has time to listen to anything I'm in need of. She has always taken care of any matter I have asked for. They have never been rude to me. They bake cookies and I noticed when the kids get home from school they walk through the lobby and each get one, also that assures them safe entry to the grounds to get to their apartment from the bus stop that is right out front of the street. The men who work here, keeping things in perfect order are among the hardest workers I've ever seen. They are polite and will change your AC filter within an hour of asking. I have never seen any bugs or ants in my apartment. Parking is too perfect for me, guess I'm just lucky and no I do not park in my garage. We got two parking stickers because we have two cars. You can put whatever you want in your garage, if you complain about the parking ONLY then do they bring up the garage rule. If you are lucky to have a garage to actually park in...why on earth would you even mention parking problems' I know of more than 12 Visitor spaces that are within walking distance of my front door. If you know ahead of time a friend is coming over, you can park your car there and reserve it...then move your car and let them park. That would be my suggestion for an out of town visitor and I don't incourage people to do this every single time a friend drops by. There is a guest parking lot at the next apartments over where your guest can park and not get towed, it's a short walk to the front gate where you can let them walk in. They have never sent out snotty letters to anyone. They have a really nice newsletter. There was one noise issue in the area I live and because enough people actually went and complained, there was something done about it, within a week. There are birds here that do make messes, and if you go inside the office,and again...express yourself...they will come with the power washers and clean the buildings and even put up the metal strips. What I'm saying is...if you need something...ASK. I cannot be the only person in these apartments that have no complaints. They always have two events every year for all the tennants as well as lots of parties for kids. Great place for familys and kids. I have no idea where all the wild parties are going on here...maybe I'm just located in a quiet area. The security guards have always been over the top polite to me, but then I know to be out of the pool by 10:00PM as stated in the rules. Must be tiring to ask the same people every single night to get out of the pool area...that's the only way I could see them being rude. General Comcast Cable is included in your rent. I run my AC all year around because the apartments get hot and it's not even expensive. Maybe that's why I never hear any noise' I don't even hear my upstair neighbors walking around that often. In fact the only thing that tells me they are alive is when they use their garbage disposal. The neighbors next to us have two small children and I have NEVER heard them make a sound. Again...I cannot be the only one. Apartments are very easy to keep clean. After the first year they clean your carpet for free. If you smoke in the apartments you will be charged an expensive paint fee when you move out....great for people who aren't smokers. You never have to move into a place that smells. I like this fact. You can pay to have an accent wall painted...which really looks nice. I can't remember the last time I saw doggie poop...but then I walk on the sidewalk. When we moved in, we were the third family to live here in this particular unit. They were five years old...so now they are seven years. There are playgrounds. There's a picnic table eating area I like alot. Going for a walk on the sidewalks when the flowers and trees are in bloom is very nice. You can walk late at night and be safe. The computer room/conference room is very nice. All the extras are nice. Well I could be here all night talking about the GREAT THINGS this place has to offer. I BELIEVE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAPPY DON'T POST MUCH AT THESE THINGS. THAT'S WHY I HAD TO RAMBLE. The postman is kinda grumpy, that's my only complaint...but then he probably gets tired of me never checking my mail...if you leave it for too long and it gets full...he will take all your mail back to the postoffice and you will have to go there and sign for it. YIKES.

This post is ridiculous. You must live in the quietest spot of all these apartments if you don't hear all the noise 24 hours a day, as I speak- I am so tired I'm about to fall asleep sitting here because my downstairs neighbors kept me up with their loud party of friends and breaking beer bottles on their patio and screaming until 3 in the morning- on a WEDNESDAY NIGHT! And what happens when you call security?? NOTHING they do NOTHING. The manager is never available, not to mention rude and snotty. And the noise here is unbearable- I have never in all my years lived in a more unwelcoming miserable crappy environment, I could kick myself over and over for not moving to an older established apartment with good management. There are always parties, always loud people screaming, cars with their music, cars and loud motorcycles speeding through the complex, and parties parties parties. Is this what we overpay to live here and deal with? Whoever posted this must live in fantasy land- because this is not the case for anyone else who lives here. And if you don't trust me, move in and find out for yourself. You won't be happy.
