I have lived here for a year and a half. The apts overall are nice, the gounds are always kept up and if you ever need anything, maintenance responds quickly. Parking has gotten much better since they added visitor spots along the fence area. They do tow regularly if you dont have a parking permit, which is not a bad thing, pay attention to the signs about parking. I do real estate in the area and the amenities are great. Every apt comes with a detached garage (Most in the area do not or they charge you extra). Overall i enjoy living here. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

First, not every apartment comes with a detached garage, ONLY the 3 bedrooms. And yes, the visitor parking may work out for you IF you happen to live next to the fence area. And even that hasn't made a significant difference for visitors since alot of residents have to park there as well. I agree with you on the maintenance but if you can honestly say that there is not a noise problem then you either must live upstairs or live below people who rarely walk around. These apartments are not worth the rent they charge and certainly not worth losing most of my deposit. If you still live there, just wait, when you move out you'll find a significantly low return on your deposit no matter how much you clean. I suggest just walking away and letting them have it all....the $40 return hardly seems worth it.

Yes dolfinmm8! all of them come with detached garages. I lived in a 1 bedroom and had a friend in a 2 bedroom and we both had garages.
